* NOTE: May 25th and July 4th we are open, however, there is NO carrier service - i.e., UPS FedEx, Post Office and other carriers do not deliver or pick-up. You can come in and ship something at our shop, but, it will not be picked up by the carrier until the next normal business day.

We are NOT closed for MOST U.S. or Canadian holidays. We post all of our closed days on the web site, at the top of the page below the menu. We also try to send emails to our customers to notify them of our store hours if we are going to close.

We do close other days during the month to take the place of the holdiys which we are open for. Our philosophy is to be open for holidays because we believe it is convenienent for our customers to be open on the days when they may have more time to come to our store to get their packages or mail. So, if you were wondering why we take days off that seem.... strange... well, now you know.

Other times that might be important

"WHAT TIME" your mail or package will be delivered is very difficult to predict. Parcel and mail deliveries are made throughout the day, via all the carriers such as UPS, DHL, FedEx Express & Ground, and freight carriers. Depending on the day, we should be able to notify you fairly quickly via OPIS of your incoming parcels arrival. For outgoing shipments, it is best to check with us on the day you will be shipping to see what time the last pick-up for overnight delivery will be. Generally, the earlier you get your package to us, the more likely it is to make it on the truck for pick-up that day.
