Pharmacies, clinics and local businesses use the same service: book online, follow the code, get a signature at the end.
Your staff add the patient, the address and any notes in the pharmacy portal; we collect at your agreed pickup time and deliver the same day.
When a patient can’t wait for the regular run, ask for a rush delivery and we’ll send a driver as soon as one is free.
Short on a medication at one branch? Book a transfer like any other delivery, name the receiving location in the notes, and it arrives with the same signed hand-off.
Tick “refrigerated” when you book and the delivery goes to a driver equipped to keep it between 2 and 8 °C, so it stays in range from your fridge to the patient’s.
From blood-pressure cuffs to walkers and incontinence supplies, larger items travel with a reference, a timeline and a signature, just like a prescription.
Regular or one-off runs from your pharmacy or clinic to the lab, each with a named hand-off at both ends.

Not a pharmacy? We also carry letters, documents and parcels for offices, clinics and shops — collected from your door, tracked with a PMP- code and signed for at the other end.

Each delivery leaves a record you can pull up weeks later — when a patient calls, an inspector visits, or you’re reconciling the month.

When you join, we agree a regular pickup time with you — early enough that today’s bookings are delivered today. Need us outside that? Ask for a rush run.
